Master Service Agreements are customizable to each individual business.

SERVPRO® of Sumner County strives to make sure that your businesses are prepared for anything that happens.

We offer a specialized MSA (Master Service Agreement) to businesses at no cost. These are not contracts, but they do put everything in place to ensure that work can begin as soon as possible after a damage.

Master Service Agreements are customizable to each individual business. When going over the information to be contained within the agreement we will include whatever fits your business model. These agreements are great to put in place for your employees and staff to know what to do in case of an emergency loss. Because business owners are not able to be on site at all times, this document would ensure that everyone would know the protocol during an emergency. These are given as hardcopies to keep on site and also downloaded to our Emergency Ready Plan App so they can be accessed by anyone in your company with the proper permissions.
