Mold Damage to Duct Work in Sumner County Home

We received a call regarding mold on registers in a home and possibly inside of the flex lines as well. Our project manager inspected the damage and advised the homeowner that we were able to clean the registers and complete a duct cleaning to clean and sanitize the lines, but the unit was putting out quite a bit of humidity which was causing the mold to form. After further inspection from the HVAC Company, the thermostat was set extremely low and it was causing excessive condensation and moisture to form in the ducts. You can see the mold growth on the register before and after we cleaned it.
